This document outlines the operational principles governing information submitted to isaiah.me.tz, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Tanzania (PDPA) and international standards of data minimization.
1. Principles of Minimization
I collect only the minimum personal information necessary to respond to your technical inquiries, scope consulting engagements, or schedule discovery sessions. No tracking cookies are used for behavioural advertising, and personal information is never sold or transferred to brokers.
2. Information Collected
When you interact with this website, the following categories of data may be processed:
- Discovery Form: Your name, work email address, phone number (optional), organization name, and technical project notes provided during scheduling.
- Telemetry: Anonymized web vitals and pageview statistics captured through Google Analytics (configured with IP anonymization enabled).
3. Processors & Infrastructure
To deliver immediate communication, submissions are routed through vetted processors:
- Web3Forms: Relays discovery form inputs directly to my encrypted inbox over HTTPS.
- Next SMS / Messaging Service TZ: Transmits an automated SMS alert to my direct phone to ensure rapid turnaround.
4. Data Retention & Rights
Contact records are maintained only for the duration of active consulting relationships. Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you retain the right to request access, rectification, or full deletion of your personal records at any time.
