Shop by Isaiah — a commerce platform built for Tanzania

My own e-commerce platform, designed around how Tanzanians actually buy: mobile money, SMS and delivery by rider. I designed, built and run every layer, from the storefront to the 20-plus-module operations dashboard.

Problem

Small sellers run on WhatsApp chats, cash reconciliation and handwritten receipts. Orders get lost, payments are hard to match, and there is no stock picture.

Approach

Mobile-money checkout via Snippe with signed webhooks. Order, dispatch and inventory tracking. Sourcing and purchase orders. SMS and e-mail notifications, digital receipts and PDF invoices.

Outcome

A production system that takes payment, confirms it automatically and keeps buyer, seller and rider informed. Customer data is encrypted at rest, behind a strict security policy.

License & Alarm Tracker — LTE/5G OSS automation

A browser-based tracker with two modules, bringing equipment licences and faults from two iMaster MAE OSS systems (Mwanza and Dar es Salaam) into one view. It replaced manual spreadsheet tracking.

Problem

Licence and alarm data lived in separate OSS exports and spreadsheets. Reports took hours, manual entry caused errors, and nobody had one view across both systems.

Approach

It separates LTE and 5G licences automatically from OSS Excel exports and classifies alarm CSVs by severity, NE type and status. Each OSS's data stays isolated, with a combined master view on top. It is local-first: vanilla JS with IndexedDB and localStorage, fully offline, nothing to install, and data never leaves the machine. Built iteratively with GenAI assistance on GTSLLM.

Outcome

Live dashboards for licence counts, expiry and alarm summaries, with data-freshness indicators. Daily and monthly Excel/PDF reports, import-diff analysis (new and resolved) and shift-handover summaries are generated automatically. Manual entry errors are gone.

Site Solution Generator

An internal automation tool that generates telecom site designs from planning data, used on national rollouts including Vodacom Spring 6, TTCL Rural Coverage and UCSAF Phase 8.

Problem

Each site design was assembled by hand. It was slow, repetitive and error-prone across hundreds of sites.

Approach

A Python and Pandas pipeline that reads planning inputs, applies the design rules and outputs a ready solution, with validation built in.

Outcome

Design time fell from 45 minutes to 3 minutes per site, with a 0% error rate on generated designs.
